    Established marketing company located in Allentown, PA is looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with the company. This is a temporary to permanent position.

    The duties include:

    Answer and support client calls that require technical support for Pacesetter developed applications.
    Problem/solve troubleshoot issues with current Pacesetter developed applications.
    Maintain the company's websites and applications
    Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
    Develop and maintain a filing system

    Requirements:
    Personable and articulate
    Knowledge of PC Platform
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    Working knowledge of : HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, as well as Flash, Dreamweaver, My Sql
    Working knowledge of cross platform/browser compatibility ( IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc)
    Willing to learn new software applications
    Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

    Drug screen and criminal background check are required.
