    * Provide quality checks on engineered documents using established criteria

    * Fill requests for engineered drawings and documents
    * Provide customer service to a variety of on-site and external engineering customers
    * Act as a full member of the Document Control team by participating in team continuous improvements processes
    * Special projects as assigned
    * Demonstrated attention to detail
    * Able to handle change and varied workload

    Successful candidates will have:
    * Diploma in Records Management, Office or Business Administration and or General Accounting
    * Minimum 5 years' experience; Document Control experience within an engineering environment
    * Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
    * Ability to adapt to varying environments and working with different teams
    * Intermediate use of MS Office Suite of Products knowledge, including strong Excel skills: candidates must be very well versed in building spreadsheets and manipulation of data
    * Preference to those whom have worked in an engineering environment

    Our client in Chatham has a 8 month contract open for an experienced Accounting Specialist.

    The candidate will:
    * Review capital projects to ensure accuracy and proper categorization of capital costs.
    * Ensure timely and accurate in-service dates of projects for proper inclusion of costs in rate base.
    * Provide direction to clients regarding accounting procedures, SAP, journal entries, capital vs. O&M, and training.
    * Prepare third party billings for capital projects and balance accounts receivable with third party billings to Banner.
    * Compile manual journal entries and ensure completeness of supporting documentation prior to filing.
    * Prepare reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
    * Reconcile sub-ledger information to SAP on a regular basis.
    * Retire assets in SAP to ensure timely and accurate write-offs.

    Successful candidates will have:
    * College diploma and/or University degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent work experience.
    * Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in finance/accounting role.
    * Understanding of accounting transactions, particularly capital vs. operating and maintenance expenses.
    * Ability to organize work to set priorities and meet deadlines.
    * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products with a proficiency in Excel.
    * Ability to work in a team environment.
    * Strong analytical and problem solving ability.

    * Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

    Well Testing Supervisor

    This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of well testing equipment and coordination and supervision of work crew in remote locations. Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license would be an asset as there is no public transit accessible to the job work site. Position is located in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

    Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to):
    *Optimize the utilization of Ensign's flowback/testing assets ensuring equipment and personnel resources are in place to meet customer requirements
    *Assist in spotting and rig-in, start-up, and execution of individual jobs
    *Review all job related paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness and manage the costs related to crew and activity and ensure accurate billing to third parties
    *Develop additional flowback/testing business for Ensign
    *Safety communication and documentation, daily safety meeting, shift handover, JSA,
    *safety bulletins and actively participate in management led activities to improve
    *Ensure documented quality control on equipment to maintain design integrity and applicable certifications
    *Assure the security of all company assets

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    * Background supervisory experience working in a well testing environment
    * Capable of running a day or night shift crew
    * A team player and leader that is able to schedule, train, mentor and motivate crew member's
    * Making procedural decisions, developing ideas and adapting to changes within the company and/or industry
    * Represent and promote Ensign in a professional manner
    * Completed all applicable levels of training and certification
    * Must be able to pass a pre-employment and substance screening

    In tandem with our client, a leader in the petrochemical industry, we are seeking an experienced Project Information Analyst to fulfill a contract position. This position is located at our clients head office in Calgary, Alberta. Work hours are Monday to Friday 8 hours a day.

    Position Summary:
    A self-starter working with minimal supervision in a team environment, the Information Analyst Management will support the Project Management Office (PMO) by building working relationships with plant and project document control personnel to develop the necessary standards and manuals for data management of large capital projects during:
    * Project team organization
    * Execution
    * Handover (H/O -- from EP to the Project), and
    * Turnover (T/O -- to the plant).

    Responsibilities:
    * Build and maintain good team relationships with operations and project personnel in local and remote office locations.
    * Execute project Document Control audits to verify functionality and make necessary improvements to the procedures and templates
    * Create update, and complete existing standards procedure for handling and ensure managed properly

    Required Experience and Skills:
    * Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written English language, grammar and spelling.
    * Building and maintaining good team relationships with operations and project personnel in local and remote office locations.
    * Development of workflows, procedures and standard documents.
    * Training and mentoring Project Document Control technicians.
    * Meeting facilitation skills with ability to present to discipline peers as well as project and PMO leadership.

    o Intergraph SPF and its document and meta-data related functionality.

    Safe operation of diesel powered pumps, hydraulic lifting equipment, i.e. forklifts, front end loaders, tow motors, etc.
    Complete paper work flow associated with loading/unloading equipment to essure accuracy of inventory and JSA reporting.
    Ensure yard area is organized and maintained and all equipment and accessories are properly secured and stored.
    Communicate with supervisor and co-workers
    Other tasks as assigned
    Required Experience:
    Candidate must have RigSafe or Safeland Training
    Valid driver license and good driving record
    Class A or B License a plus
    Construction experience
    Experience fusing HDPE pipe
    Forklift certification a plus
    Effective communication and work well in a team environment
    Experience fusing pipe preferred.
    Desired Skills:
    Heavy lifting up to 70 pounds
    Full range of physical motions associated with general labor work continually throughout 8 hours
