    We currently have over 850 cameras and over 500 badge readers which require preventative maintenance as well as maintenance and new installations. This job requires the use of a ladder (above 6 feet) and must have an additional person spotting the ladder for safety requirements. There is an average of 150 repairs entered per month in the maintenance management System.

    Installs, repairs, trouble shoots CCTV and Access Control Systems, will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the Access Control and video systems.
    * Position reports to the SAS CCTV Administrator.
    * Working conditions may, on occasion, require exposure to the elements.
    * The ability to react calmly, quickly and rationally during an emergency situation.
    * Position may require after hour's work to respond to unusual situations.

    * Configure and maintain CCTV systems
    * Configure and maintain Access Control systems
    * Installation, repair, and programming of CCTV, Access Control, and Security Devices
    * Ensuring all field devices are installed correctly and maintained in proper working condition
    * Communicates with customers and sub-contractors to facilitate the completion of assigned tasks
    * Effectively communicates relevant information to supervisor and escalates accordingly.
    * Provide detailed documentation on installations, programing, inventory, and assigned tasks.

    * Must have a thorough knowledge of CCTV/VMS operations as well as Access Controls.

    High School graduate, 30 hours of college courses in the related Security field.

    * Must possess good written and verbal communications skills in the English language.
    * Understanding of Basic AC/DC theory, Ohms law, and relay logic.
    * Able to read, manage, update CAD files.
    * Must have good documentation skills.
    * Must be familiar with the fundamentals of security principles and practices.
