    Nous offrons aux membres la possibilité d'accumuler des points de récompenses. Les principaux partenaires sont le domaine des loisirs et du voyage. Votre rôle consiste à promouvoir le programme de points. Vous aurez aussi à conseiller et à guider les membres afin qu'ils puissent tirer le meilleur avantage du programme pour leur voyage ou leurs activités de loisirs préférés.

    Responsabilités :
    Aider et guider le client pour qu'il utilise le programme à son avantage
    Effectuer la recherche de vols à différentes destinations, les réservations et les modifications si nécessaire
    Favoriser la fidélisation des membres en les informant des promotions disponibles
    Orienter et assister les clients dans leur navigation du site web
    Résoudre les différents problèmes

    Compétences et Habiletés
    Diplôme d'études secondaires complété (minimum)
    Bilinguisme
    Expérience avec la clientèle
    Capacité de décision : faire les meilleures recommandations aux vues des coûts et bénéfices
    Écoute active démontrée

    Informations au sujet du poste
    Horaire de travail : emploi à temps plein et vous devez être disponible de 7h à 21h30 du lundi au dimanche, incluant les week-ends et les jours fériés. Pour un total de 40 heures par semaine.
    Lieu de travail : Montréal
    Salaire : 15$ à 16$

    Travel and leisure customer service advisor

    Our client is a global leader in a membership loyalty program. They offer members the opportunity to accumulate reward points. The main partners are the leisure and travel sector. Your role would be to promote their points program. You will also advise and guide members so they can get the optimum benefit from the program for their travel or leisure activities.

    Responsibilities
    Help guide the client to use the program to an advantage
    Search for flights to different destinations, making bookings and changes if necessary
    Encourage member retention by informing them of available promotions
    Directing and assisting clients in their website navigation
    Problem Solving as needed

    Skills and Habilities
    Completed high school diploma (minimum)

    Schedule: Full-time employment and you must be available from 7am to 9:30 pm Monday to Sunday, including weekends and holidays.

    Your duties include:

    JOB FUNCTIONS

    Below the Wing - Aircraft handling and servicing

    * Perform all facets of aircraft handling (e.g., marshalling, push-back, wing-walking)
    * Maintain work areas and ensure the proper care of equipment
    *Customer Service
    * Operate ramp equipment and other equipment such as tugs/tractors, beltloaders and forklifts
    * Loading and unloading of baggages

    QUALIFICATIONS

    * Demonstrating safe work habits at all times
    * Able to work varied shifts; weekends and holidays
    * Reliable attendance and punctuality
    * Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with others
    * Anticipating needs of others in a fast paced environment
    * Obtaining and maintaining airport security clearance, customs seal, and/or USPS security clearance including background criminal history check, drug screen and fingerprinting required by specific work assignment
    * Valid driver's license with a good driving record as required by location
    * Lifting UP TO 75 LBS(Baggages range from 25-75 LBS) on a frequent basis
    * High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    * Must be at least 18 years of age
    * Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

    General Labor Temporary Helper Needed Immediately!!

    Duties will be general cleaning . Vacuum floors, mop floors, clean bathrooms clean windows take out garbage and able to lift boxes weighing over 50 lbs.
    Stock / Janitorial Services
    Primary duties are: Stocking brochures, mopping, emptying trash, filling juice machines and serving juice to visitors.
    Lifting of boxes (25 - 40 lbs) Majority of the time person will be standing on concrete floor.
    Memorization and organizational skills are a plus as well as ability to prioritize.
    Previous Customer Service experience is helpful.
