Do you have Quality Inspection experience? Please keep reading! Manpower is working with a growing kitchen cabinet maker in Aurora, and we are looking to hire Quality Inspectors

he Quality Control Inspector verifies that product leaving the assembly line (in-process inspection) is of the highest quality and meets Quality Standards as spelled out in the company’s Work Instructions and Defect Classification documents.
2. Responsibilities
• Employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to handle, or feel, and visually inspect the product. Excellent vision is required.
• Responsible to recognize the product defects and make judgment on quality levels.
• Responsible to use and enter inspection data and information into a digital handheld device such as a tablet or a barcode scanner.
• Responsible to use basic inspection tools and gages such as a caliper, tape measure, square ruler. The unit of measurement will be in both metric and inches.
• Responsible for other tasks occasionally such as receiving inspection, assemble and inspect first article sample, report and maintain Quality records and documents within Quality Control department.
• Responsible to report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to supervisor.
• Maintain product identification and traceability as required.
• Responsible to keep work station clean, to follow safety procedures and regulations.
3. Requirements
Education - High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience - 1 year of inspection or assembly experience

• Woodworking experiences is preferred
• Excellent vision and color shade comparison
• Ability to use digital device to generate accurate records.
