Job Description

Customer Order Administrator - $50K

Santa Clara, California, United States


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer order processing to fulfill purchases - quotations, sales orders, and order acknowledgments.

* Update customer on order status via email and or phone.

* Monitor order processing flows and collaboratively respond to potential delivery delay to customer.

* Manage/run open order report/backlog to ensure delivery schedule is on time.

* Coordinates with other departments to resolve problems.

* Ensure prompt and proper resolution of business issues while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism with customers, employees, and management.

* Support various orders and projects as assigned.

* Maintain excellent communications with customers, quote team, production team, manufacturing team, and management.

* Expedite existing orders based on customer's pull in request by communicating with other departments.

* Update/maintain quote log to track win/loss opportunity.

* Process RMA as needed.

* Excellent follow-up, detail oriented and time management skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to multi-task and flexibility to work independently or with a team.

* Experience with an ERP system.

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* 2+ years' experience in order management or related field required.

Work Conditions

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional evening work.
