As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a driving force for keeping high-level customers satisfied. Your attention to detail and organizational abilities will help you achieve successful one-call resolutions with our client's most valuable external assets - its clients assets - its clients.

You'll be a driving force for keeping high-level customers satisfied. You're highly self-motivated and extremely organized. You put your excellent people skills to good use. You have 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably some in customer service. And you're a whiz with Microsoft Office Suite.

Are you interested? The ideal candidate will:

* Provide factual and conceptual information, including policy interpretation and procedural advice on creditor insurance products
* Provide superior customer service in the administration of creditor insurance products
* Investigate and resolve escalations from CIBC branches, CIBC call Centers and creditor insurance customers
* Inquiries may present unique applications, which require the incumbent to apply knowledge of external factors and internal factors (e.g. Practices, policies and principles) to develop win-win solutions for the customer
* Assist in removing customer service and process inhibitors
* Identify potential areas for improvement and provide feedback to Manager, to allow continuous improvement in handling of escalated issues through implementation of new processes, products and initiatives

The ideal candidate will also possess:

Significant attention to detail and must be able to adapt to frequent changes
* Multitask between different programming systems
* Ability to communicate well in English and French
* Multitask between different programming systems
* Undergraduate degree with focus in General Business or Finance is preferred
* 1-2 years of general Business and Customer Service experience
