The Onsite Supervisor is primarily responsible for effectively meeting the temporary help and/or training needs of a
major Manpower client.

1. Obtain detailed assignment information from the
client and utilize it to make solid associate
matches.
2. Interview and test candidates using the
Predictable Performance System to evaluate
their qualifications for assignments.
3. Administer the training of candidates and
associates to upgrade their skills for
assignments.
4. Schedule, check-in and provide pre-assignment
orientation to all new associates.
5. Monitor associate attendance and performance.
6. Troubleshoot to resolve the problems or
complaints of the client and associates as they
occur.
7. Coach and counsel associates to ensure quality
performance and job satisfaction.
8. Implement company award programs to
recognize top performing associates.
9. Coordinate the use of other staffing vendors as
necessary.
