In this job you will have to opportunity to:
* System sustainment eg: investigate why an interface did not execute or failed
* Write a query to determine how many customer accounts there are of a certain type (e.g. overdue account)
* Revise scripts in order to upgrade databases from Oracle 11g to 12c
* Maintain integrations, eg., field questions from the vendor regarding specific data and pursue with business teams and TIS teams
* Resolve issues with EDI payments to ensure payments are successfully processed
This position requires the following qualifications:
* University degree or College diploma required - IT/business/related degree
* Development experience with SQL, C#, .net, Java, XCOM, Oracle
* Proven ability to interact and develop relationships with IT and business employees, contractors, managers and vendors
* Ability to problem solve by exercising analytical thinking
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
