Job Description

E- Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator

Our Mississauga client is expanding and looking to add a dynamic and driven E-Commerce fulfillment coordinator to their team. The Fulfillment associate will provide customer service by completing assigned tasks relating to shipping and receiving, returns and coordinating the flow of merchandise through to their warehouse.

What you bring to the job:

*A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience
*Experience with computers and web-based systems (email, web based applications)
*Experience inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information.
*1 year retail experience providing customer service, including identifying and resolving customer issues,
*Deep passion for customer-focused experiences
*Excellent communication and relationship building skills
*Strong analytical skill and attention to detail
*Ability to take direction and work independently
*A strong work ethic that is not limited by work hours
*Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
*Spoken and written French an asset
*Valid driver's license

The Job:

*Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
*Follow company standards of personal presentation; and adhere to all policies
*Help process orders, respond to emails, and prepare orders for distribution
*Verify and records incoming and outgoing shipments
*Manage returns and issues credits as appropriate
*Update internal records, logs and tracking information
*Prepares items for shipping by packing, sealing and labeling items
*Records, verifies and researches shipments and deliveries using bills of lading, invoices, computer software tools, and other records.
*Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheets.
*Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information in or on cases or other containers.
*Stacks or assembles materials into bundles.
*Loading and unloading materials
