Job Description

Bilingual Customer Care and Sales Support job opportunity available with our client who is a global leader an innovator in the bio-technology and medical device arena, currently has an opportunity available for a Bilingual Customer Care Associate. Offering a competitive salary inclusive with 100% benefits (medical/dental), company sponsored pension plan & growth opportunity. Primarily Day Shift hours, Mon-Fri but requires flexibility to work between the hours of 8am-7pm. Location is Richmond Hill.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handling all aspects of Sales Order Processing in a timely and efficient manner with goal of 100% Same Day Order Entry, complete with Order Acknowledgements
Providing support and Liaising with Sales Representatives to handle their special requests and inquiries with response within 24 Hours.
Handling incoming inquiries from Customers in a timely and efficient manner with response within 24 Hours Processing RAN requests from Customers and from Sales Representatives on behalf of Customers with response within 48 Hours.
Processing Credit/Debit order adjustments within 48 Hours.
Processing all Customer Change Orders Same Day as requested Providing support and back-up to other members of the Customer Care Team Updating and Closing of Webquote
All other tasks and requests necessary to provide Exceptional Customer Care and to assist the Customer Care team Preparing Estimates, Follow-Up, Approvals and Refusals
Processing requests for Loaners, Pre-booking incoming repairs, shipping Loaners, follow up on Overdue Loaners
Processing all invoices for Service
Processing, shipping and Follow Up on Third Party Repairs
Handling all incoming telephone inquiries, either Sales or Service related directly without passing along to another individual to handle
Communicating with Customer on all aspects of repairs.
Communicating with Sales Reps on all aspects of repairs
Providing support and back up to other members of the Customer Care team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual language skills, written and verbal in French and English
Microsoft Office Skills, SAP or JD Edwards preferred
Strong Customer Service Skills- 1 to 2 years or more of customer service experience
Time Management, Prioritization, and Organization Skills
