Purchasing Clerk

This is an excellent opportunity to build on your customer service or clerical experience while developing new skills at an industry-leading company.

What's in it for you?

Full time, temp to hire position

$14/hour, and weekly pay

8am-5pm Monday-Friday schedule

What will you be doing?

Creating purchasing orders

Communicating with vendors and confirming order quantity, pricing, and availability

Processing returns and credits

Invoice problem resolution

Ensuring audit compliance and order accuracy

Working with Accounts Payable on new vendor set-up

What will you bring to the job?

At least 2 years of customer service or clerical experience

Bachelor's degree preferred

Laboratory and/or purchasing experience or knowledge preferred
