Job Description

Are you seeking a new opportunity? If so, we may have the role for you at a large Miami insurance company! Manpower is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives. The right candidate will have an outstanding attention to detail, ability to multitask, ability to learn multiple computer programs, ability to adhere to schedule, stellar attendance.

The Customer Service Representative must be able to demonstrate the following:

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of phone calls.

* Ability to consistently meet goals including average handle time, after call work, timeliness, etc.

* Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and excellent keyboarding/typing skills.

* High degree of self-motivation and initiative in accepting responsibility for work results and contributing cooperatively to team goals.

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, identify errors and determine appropriate corrective action.

* Previous work experience in a fast-paced call center environment.

* Customer service experience

* Must be able to work- 11am to 10pm
