Job Description

Are you a recruiter looking for growth and the opportunity to work onsite at a reputable company, with a solid history of development? Are you engaged and eager to not only recruit talent, but also to act as a resource and partner to employees? Do you have strong client engagement skills? If you are saying yes, we have an exciting opportunity! We are looking for a Client Delivery Professional (Onsite Recruiter)!

This opportunity will allow you to work onsite with some flexibility to work from home, based on the demands of the client.

The Client Delivery Professional (CDP) creates strong consultative client and associate relationships that result in long-term client and associate satisfaction and high retention rates. The CDP is ultimately responsible for service delivery for their assigned account sites, serving as the face of Manpower's service team to the client and the central point of contact for Manpower associates. This role is responsible for coordinating service delivery amongst client, dedicated team and field offices with a heavy emphasis on executing many of the activities. This role is responsible for responding to issues, questions and concerns from both the client and associate, effectively resolving issues and situations, and escalating when appropriate.

Responsible for delivering high quality service to the associates when they arrive on their first day. This will include associate onboarding, first day orientation, and safety training as applicable. The position has a strong focus on associate performance management including but not limited to: feedback, coaching, development, corrective action, and termination.
