Job Description

Responsible for the Lead Support of Brightree applications and services used for the production, management & delivery of services. The main function of PSE application support manager is to insure problems are resolved in a timely matter through effective team leadership and communication along with project management. Responsible for efficient performance of job functions which include, management and coordination of team support requests, continued support, maintenance and management of system functions, maintenance and management of system accuracy and knowledge of company policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Include the following as well as other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned:

1. Manage & Coordinate System Enhancement (SE) Requests

a. Pricing & Conditional Updates

b. Items Adds

c. Support & Maintain Price Table Accuracy

d. Support System Projects

e. Pickup Exchanges

2. Manage & Coordinate the Support of Payer Maintenance (PM) Requests

a. New Payer Additions & Edits to the System

b. EDI/ERA/ERN/EFT Enrollment & Setup

c. User Setup/Access/Maintenance to Payer Portals

d. Lead Team Support on PBG Updates applicable to Payer Updates

3. Manage System Updates & Training to Teams

4. Support, Maintenance & Manage System Accuracy

5. Lead Projects for System Maintenance and Enhancements

Qualifications:

1. Previous application support experience preferred.

2. Familiarity with insurance rules and regulations preferred.

7. Microsoft Program skills required.

8. High School Diploma.
