Manager in Training, Parts & Supplies Sales Counter

Do you enjoy the world of fast paced supply companies? Are you looking for steady hours and weekly pay checks? Manpower has an immediate opening a Manager in Training, Parts & Supplies Sales Counter on 1st shift.

What's in it for you?

* Full time hours

* Day shift: 8-5p or 730a-430p (first shift), rotate Saturdays in the summer, on call-$75 per call

* Competitive wages between $45k-55k annually along with yearly incentive bonus

* Direct Hire- based on performance

What is the job?

* Counter support and customer centric, greet customers, ability to deal with all personalities

* Sales oriented good with the public, open to upselling, call on past clients to reorder parts

* Troubleshoot issues, make suggestion on HVAC parts and components to Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors

* Electronic documentation logging quotes, sales and other necessary communication

* Prior management experience of at least 6 months

What you bring to the job?

* Previous experience in HVAC Sales or work in the HVAC industry

* Great attitude and ability to work in a team with excellent customer service

* High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)

* Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen from client
