Job Description

We are looking for someone to

- complete customer bookings, complete both daily & weekly reports

- have strong computer and customer service skills.

- Assistant staffs the front desk reception and is the public face of the organization, greeting callers and visitors.

- coordinates all the paperwork and then ensures documents are filed and stored in an organized and logical manner.

- works with both the operational team members and the Management team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

The Administration Assistant works closely with the Management team on all projects and day to day activities, assisting with such tasks as word processing, confidential document and report preparation.

* Opening and distributing all in-bound mail, including confidential items

* Prepare out-bound mail and courier packages as required

* Complete typing and word processing for Management, General Staff, and as required

* Maintain the shared filing system for all projects and operational needs, such as purchase orders, invoices, booklets etc.

* Order stationery supplies and office products

Confidential Secretary

* Maintain confidential filing and document destruction as required


* Trained in Payable and receivables process

* The ability to type at a professional level

* Excel & Word professional level


* Strong verbal and written communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communication with excellent interpersonal skills
