Job Description

Our Canada and United States based client is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies. For 100 years the company has engineered the success of its customers in a wide range of diversified industrial and aerospace markets.



We are currently looking for Hose- Assemblers to join their team of experts; the client is of the world foremost in the semiconductor suppliers in supplying the world with precision-engineered solutions for commercial, mobile, industrial and aerospace markets.



These positions are Temporary Full Time Hose Assemblers in their Manufacturing Plant in Winnipeg. These positions offer a minimum of 40 hours per week and set to commence in immediately with the Duration of the Assignment for 3 Months from the day of deployment.



Location: Near St. James Industrial Park

Number of Positions: Two Positions



In order to qualify for this role, it is vital that you:



* Be available from Monday through Friday (Possibility)

* Able to Work on shifting schedules from Morning Shifts or Evening Shifts

* Able to Work on shifting schedules from 6:30AM to 3:00PM Shifts or 2:30PM to 11:00PM Shifts



Must have qualifications:



* No less than 2 -year of electronics/or Hose Assembly environment and experience or equivalent.

* Superior interpersonal and customer service skills

* Superior verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to be flexible organized and manages priorities

* Proof of past experience and certifications is an asset

* Proof of High School Graduate (Grade 12) with Diploma or Certification



Your responsibility is to provide the following



* Essential functions: Hose Assembly requires pulling hoses from hose reel or from the turn table, measuring and cutting to length, marking, inserting end, crimping, capping, tagging, and marking finished product. Flushing may be by air using air gun or soap/solvent flush which requires placing hoses into flush unit.

* Setup & change over requires moving hose reels back to rack area (lifting and rolling) and switch sizes for the next order.

* Maintain a high degree of motivation in team members to retain focus of providing highest levels of customer satisfaction - including direct customer communication and support.

* Perform other duties as assigned



Nice to Have



* Have access to Vehicle or have means of transportation/ Valid Class 5 Driver's license.
