Job Description

15 Bilingual Customer Service Professionals - Are you looking to showcase your customer service skills with a company that prides itself on exceeding customer expectations? Manpower has the job you have been looking for starting ASAP.

As a customer service agent working in a state-of-the-art call center environment, you will play an integral role in interacting with the team of associates, providing top-notch technical support, resolving problems for both external and internal clients and processing revenue related transactions.

The Job:

-Responding to customer's queries, solving issues/answering questions about policies, rules and providing guidance.

-Communicate with customers in both French and English via telephone, email and chat

-Identify products and services that will meet each customer's needs, resulting in a satisfied and happy customer.

-Ability to work 8 hours between the hours of 8am to 8pm (Monday to Friday)

-Proficient and fluent in both French and English

-Provide inbound customer service, MS Office, Knowledge of Billing or Basic Accounting



What you bring to the job:

-Education Required Bi-Lingual Canadian (French/English) High school diploma or equivalent.

-Education Preferred Cisco/CompTIA/Microsoft Certification or equivalent Computer Science -Degree preferred

-Experience Required Bi-Lingual Canadian(French/English) Exhibit proficiency in e-mail and -Internet.

-Detail orientated and motivated

-Minimum 2 years of prior Call Center experience preferred

-Excellent oral/written communication and problem solving skills.
