Job Description


Reporting to the Manager of Operations, this position is responsible for creating, maintaining and executing operational collaborative partnerships in the areas of client care, operations, project administration and asset & facilities management. Demonstrates consistent high level customer service to exceed internal/external client expectations, enabling our business partners and clients to sustain successful long term business objectives.


* Internal & External Client Care or Client Relations - Proactively develop and maintain business partnerships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved. Identify opportunities for improvement and service excellence, making recommendations for consideration. Coordinate and manage tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted timelines.

* General Office Coordination & Administration - Provide high level service delivery support for the day to day delivery of services on site in accordance with all agreed policies and procedures. Coordinate catering, room setup, materials, registration and audio/visual equipment for meetings, training, and special events. Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of operations business activities. (includes Front Desk Management, reception, technical assistance, ordering supplies, calendar management, RT/REV administration).

* Asset/Facilities Management - Liase with property management to maintain the office space. Maintain space according to company standards. (includes equipment, saftety/security space and staff, maintaining physical space, etc)

* Operations - Maintain furniture and equipment, technology inventory and associated records. Support delivery of site amenities and programs as directed, including but not limited to: mail and courier services, materials storage, document management, copy services, and shipping programs.


Education: Associates Degree/Bachelors Preferred

Field of Study: Business / Office Management

Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience working in an executive-level environment and/or operations, project management (and/or coordination of deliverables for large and small scale projects).

Complexity of work:

Highly complex work procedures that require advanced professional expertise or knowledge in a functional area/specialty. Must understand and apply disciplined best practices.

 Master level knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Master skills in Word, Intermediary skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), the Internet; good technical knowledge of computers, systems, office equipment to operate and ability to troubleshoot to resolve issues as required.
