Job Description

Manpower Central Ontario is growing again and we're on the hunt for a Client Relations Support Member. Are you someone who strives to deliver exceptional customer service but isn't afraid to make tough decisions? Do people follow your lead when implementing change? This unique role is a nice blend of associate support and maintaining client relationships. You will be the key individual who supports two established automotive clients. Your drive, energy and passion for getting things done will be what makes this role a success!

You will be responsible for:

* establishing and maintaining relationships with both associates and the clients

*managing and responding to client concerns with strategic thinking, excellent problem solving skills, and a sense of urgency

* conducting prescreen/face-to-face interviews followed by administrative testing and reference checks

*thorough attention to detail in daily, weekly, and monthly reports

*establishing and maintaining relationship with various community partners to source talent in the local areas

* Schedule, attend and lead meetings at both client sites

*Utilize social media to attract new talent

You Offer:

* High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience asset

* 2-3 years of staffing or client relations experience (both temporary and permanent)

* professional and energetic, with a proven track record for leadership

*assertive, diplomatic, yet customer service approach to implementing strategies

*a passion for client service excellence

* team player and willing to work outside of traditional business hours
