Job Description

Administrative Assistant job in Piscataway, NJ.



This is a temporary assignment for 6 months. The days/hours are Monday-Friday during business hours. We are looking for someone who has prior billing experience, is able to read contracts., detail oriented. The pay rate is up to $17/HR depending on experience.



The preferred experience is as follows:



DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

* Computer literacy in Microsoft environment

* Developed communications skills (verbal and written)

* Developed organizational skills

* Flexibility to adapt to procedural enhancements and modifications

* Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to perform arithmetic calculations: multiply, add and divide

* 10 key and typing proficiency

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:

* High school diploma



JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:

* 0-3 years related clerical experience

You will be providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
