Job Description

Manpower of Central, PA is currently seeking an experienced recruiting professional to fill Direct Hire orders over a 13 county territory. In this role, you will manage applicant and client pipelines to make the match. Some key components include search & recruitment, new business development, networking and lead generation, recruiting, screening, account management, negotiations, and placement of highly qualified talent.

- Proactively manage the intake process of new candidates. This includes developing recruitment strategies, prescreening candidates, understanding client needs, utilizing effective advertisements, managing the applicant flow, resume mining, proper resume analysis/matching, and interviewing candidates.

-For high level skilled opportunities, relocation head hunting strategies are not out of question.

-Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in order to effectively match qualified candidates to client's needs.

-Proactively recruit most place able applicants suitable for marketing to increase orders and overall business expansion.

-Provide appropriate tracking and analysis of sourcing methods.

Customer Service:

-Manage your business line for all active clients. Drive communication, service needs, and problem solve.

-Monitor client success and adjust as needed.

-Manage client and candidate follow-up in agreed upon time frames. Including follow-up calls, client visits, guarantees and applicant profiles.

-Profiling/key skill-selling of candidates to meet clients and/or prospects requirements.

-Develop close partnerships with the Talent Acquisition Specialists, Business Development Specialists, Staffing Consultants, and Service Delivery Director to drive maximum results.


-At least 3+ years of professional or skilled talent recruiting experience.

-Ability to move forward with your goals despite client/prospect criticism or pushback

-Goal oriented, and enjoys working in a quota based, high energy workplace.

-Comfortable selling professional direct hire services to clients and prospect. Able to negotiated and see the bigger picture.

-Must be organized, and able to communicate in a clear and timely manner.

-You are naturally proactive. You don't let distractions get in the way of your priorities or goals.
