Job Description

Data Entry $13 p/h

Document Processor $11 p/h

Full time shifts based on their production volume. Most operational hours are between 5:00am and 10:30pm, Mon-Fri (some 3rd shift opportunities and overtime may be available outside regular operational hours)

*actual shift start times and hours per week are not known until the client releases them to us shortly prior to start dates.

Responsible Include:

* Processing a high volume of document transactions which include some variation and moderately difficult tasks.

* Focusing on process effectiveness with an emphasis on high quality service and productivity.

* Ensuring client/Federal guidelines are followed.

* Document process/prep with mail room responsibilities requiring a high level of attention for detail.

* Processing a high volume of forms while meeting and exceeding production goals.

Qualifications of a Successful Candidate Include:

* 6 months - 1+ years of work experience in a production oriented environment.

* Ability to follow processes and procedures while maintaining high attention for detail.

* Flexible, punctual and adaptable are all extremely important traits.

* Effective organizational and communication skills.

* 8000+ keystrokes per hour (alphanumeric) 95% accuracy for Data Entry candidates.

Implement and administer enterprise-wide document management procedures for the capture, storage, retrieval, sharing, and destruction of electronic records and documents. Analyze, interpret, or disseminate system performance data.

Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
