Job Description

Currently looking for highly motivated individuals to join in as a Claims Auto Adjuster to provide excellent service by facilitating prompt and equitable settlements of personal and commercial lines of auto claims.

* You will provide flexible and principled claims adjusting of personal and commercial lines automobile claims and will have exposure to national claims handling.

* Within the first year of employment you will successfully complete the C11 course towards completion of the CIP program. (First portion paid by company).

Position Overview

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our organization as a Claims Auto Adjuster to provide brilliant service by facilitating prompt and equitable settlements of personal and commercial lines of auto claims.

Successful candidates will be flexible between the hours of 6:30 am - 9:00 pm (EST). Monday - Friday. In addition, the Service Centre is operational 24/7 and on all weekends and Statutory Holidays; therefore you may be scheduled to work on these days and during peak periods should the business needs arise.

At RSA, we believe industry knowledge is an important asset to your success in your new role. With that in mind, we strongly recommend and will provide support for you to enter into the CIP program with intent to secure the next 5 courses within the next 3 years.

What you bring to the job?

* Minimum of 1 years' experience claims file handling with experience in auto claims

* Previous experience in insurance or customer service preferably in a call center environment

* Fluency in French, both written and oral

* You have outstanding communication and phone etiquette skills

* Flexibility to work a variety of times Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 9:00 pm EST and as business needs arise to best support our clients and customers across Canada

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Guidewire
