Job Description

This is a direct hire role.

Essential Functions:

*Performs full administrative duties for both internal (sales office) and external sales managers. The incumbent will use a personal computer for word processing, graphics and spreadsheet applications.

*Create Power Point presentations where content is predetermined by requesting manager. They will also create presentations for internal use for meetings with corporate and senior management such as state of the business presentations, they may also create presentations for business reviews with customers

*Uses a variety of software to update standard forms and reports. They should understand the data well enough to identify mistakes or errors and repair or notify someone of the errors

*Audits and verifies bills and invoices related to the operation of the office. They will monitor telephone bills and other operational charges and verifies each Division's share.

*May be asked to secure travel plans for office management staff or for sales staff in the event of team meetings, events, etc. Will be responsible for managing monthly travel itinerary for key sales management teams and updating and communicating to appropriate personnel

*Lead role in planning and coordinating meetings/events taking place at the Edina office and off site

*Assist Marketing/National Events Team in national event & meeting planning, including inventory/asset tracking, confirmations, preparation and mailing of materials, overseeing asset tracking and inventory in Minneapolis warehouse, quality control of event infrastructure inventory, as well as preparing and accepting shipments of equipment/infrastructure at the warehouse site (expected to be present at warehouse site approx. 2x/month)

Background Profile

*Proficient with MS Office/ Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

*3 year minimum experience within sales support/administrative

*Previous Experience as Executive Assistant preferred.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Position requires flexibility, careful attention to details, and ability to multi-task.

*Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.

*Must be reliable and work well in a team environment.
