Manpower is looking for an Executive Assistant to work for a TV and communications company in San Francisco. We're looking for an out-going, tech savvy, power MS Office user, master planner with a great sense of humor to join the team. Could that be you?? If so, read on...



Key responsibilities



Providing high-level administrative support by organizing meetings with companies, managing diaries as well as coordinating thematic trips for senior executives:



Managing a database of contacts & companies, and handling information requests



* Diary management, organizing day-to-day and future appointments

* Interfacing with other EAs and executives both internally and externally in arranging schedules and coordinating plans for the team on and off site

* Arrangement of complex travel itineraries, including hotel/flight bookings

* Providing a first point of contact for office visitors & callers

* Preparation of personal expense claims. Administration of invoices, and purchase orders



Ideally the candidate would also be suited to:







* Occasionally attend industry and start-up events on behalf of the company

* Conduct research and support the team in due diligence across verticals and companies of interest
