Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer and Consumer Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships by handling consumer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism while simultaneously entering their information in computer SAP software data base. Must be able to process resolution to consumer issues while following company policy and guidelines so that budgeted targets are achieved.



Responsibilities:

-Receive and process incoming calls from consumers

-Able to process correspondence via email

-Approximate calls to answer per day 80-120

-Require experience and judgment to receive and respond to customer complaints

-Maintain all appropriate records and prepare reports

-Issue returns authorization to returned product

-Communicate with Service Centers and Dealers.

-Strong writing skills in French



Job Requirements:

-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French

-Minimum of 2 years experience in consumer/call centre

-Ability to multi-task and demonstrate excellent organizational skills is imperative.

-Strong working knowledge of computer skills, such as Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, and knowledge of Avaya Call System.

-Energetic, punctual, reliable and be able to work both as a team player and alone

-Must be professional in dealing with consumers
