In order to qualify for this role, it is vital that you:

* Be available Monday through Sunday

* Have a clear criminal record or received a pardon for any prior offenses.

* Ability to attend Five - weeks of training Monday to Friday, hours for 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Paid Training)

* Successful candidates must be available rotational shifts either starting as early as 6:45AM depending on the business needs

* Have a strong ability to communicate with a smile, both in English and French

* Must have Grade 12 and accomplished their high school diploma

* Must be physically able to lift weights up to 23kg

* Must be eligible and legally work in Canada

Must have qualifications:

* No less than one -year of customer service experience within restaurant, hospitality, retail, financial services, contact center or airline industry.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Superior interpersonal and customer service skills

* Superior verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to be flexible organized and manages priorities

You are available to work (Work Schedules):

* On variable schedule including weekends and holidays and on call (no guaranteed hours)

* For extended periods depending on the clients business needs
