Are you looking for an exciting local opportunity in the Charleston area? Manpower of WV is seeking a Part-time Office Manager for a regional employer in the Charleston area.

The Part-Time Church Secretary is responsible for the administrative duties and the effective running of the office. This includes preparing newsletters and bulletins, checking and ordering supplies, opening mail and preparing necessary correspondence. The secretary is responsible for answering the phone, checking voicemail, returning phone calls, answering e-mails, and organizing activity schedules. The person in this position plays a key role in making the people who use our facility feel at home and welcome. Secretary must maintain confidentiality and be trustworthy.

Hours of work: Flexible hours between the hours of 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. 15-20 hours per week on average.
