Job Description

Manpower is currently seeking a Customer Service Analyst for a placement with a large insurance company downtown Milwaukee.


* Interprets, analyzes, and resolves health and welfare benefits complex problems with minimal assistance.

* Proven ability to problem solve and act independently.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

* Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and excellent keyboarding/typing skills required.

* High degree of self-motivation and initiative in accepting responsibility for work results and contributing cooperatively to team goals.

* Strong excel skills to manage medical plan accounting and bill payment reconciliation.

* Ability to manage vendor escalations relating to benefit plans and application support issues.

What this role needs:

* Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in benefits.

* Customer service experience in human resources-benefits and/or previous call center experience preferred.

* Minimum of Associate's degree in business or a related field.

This role will assist the benefits consultants with administering the health and welfare plans, including resolving issues for members, managing vendor issues, bill paying/accounting and reconciliation, managing application support issues.

Ability to independently analyze and resolve benefits issues for field. Ability to perform basic accounting duties, including bill paying and reconciliation. Attention to detail. Ability to work with multiple vendors to identify and solve problems. Self starter that is eager to learn complicated programs. Excel.

Benefits experience or degree in human resources.
