Job Description

Manpower is recruiting for Bi-Lingual Technical Support / Triage Rep - BILINGUAL (SPANISH OR CREOLE)

Experience Required: 3 yrs Customer Service, 2 yr Clerical duties regarding data entry, troubleshooting with proper phone and email etiquette, 3 yrs of Microsoft Office proficiency.

Professional customer service and technical assistance to County Health Departments (CHDs) and Central Pharmacy under the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), Division of Disease Control/Bureau of Communicable Diseases/HIV/AIDS Section/Patient Care using the Florida ADAP Provide Enterprise system and Central Pharmacy's QS1 database.


* Attend and complete 11 webinars and training sessions in Provide Enterprise to learn how to fully access Client level data and interpret Prescription and Eligibility Status. This must be completed within the first two weeks.

* Acknowledge requests via email and phone for support within the hour based on CHD or Central Pharmacy need. Respond and complete requests for technical assistance, general inquiries and prescription issues within 24 hours, which are recorded in an activity log database as a support ticket. This task must be completed daily.

* Update client records or prescription information after reviewing QS1 system client data when requested by CHD staff.

* Provide assistance or status updates in ADAP meetings in regards to issues that pertain to CHDs or Central Pharmacy.

* Carry out any other related tasks or updating of client or prescription information via scanning or document views to correct issues that prevent client from getting service.
