Quality Control Inspectors

Do you have Quality Control Experience? Do you know QC Terms? Are you a Self-Starter?

Manpower has immediate openings for a Quality Control Inspector.

* Day shift: 7am to 4pm (first shift)

What is the job?

* Perform incoming inspection on PCBA's and Machined parts to prints/drawings

* Documenting inspection results using standard QC company forms and records

* Generates Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMRs) for all rejections

* Maintenance and archival of the Nonconforming Product Database

* Perform outgoing final inspection on completed systems

* Perform First Article Inspections

* Investigate product and process quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction

* Write, revise and review standard operating procedures

* Interpret and implement quality assurance standards

* Identification, facilitation/implementation and completion of Internal and Supplier Corrective Actions and Continual Improvements.

* Interface with government and supplier source inspection personnel

* Interface with suppliers

What you bring to the job?

* High school diploma or GED

* 3 - 5 years of work experience in Quality Control

* AS9100 Standard Knowledge, preferred

* Knowledge of QC terms, tools, and methodologies

* Measuring dimensions with tight tolerances (.0001")

* Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience

* Basic Math Skills

* Sampling plans and selecting random samples

* Basic knowledge of technical drawing interpretation, including geometric dimension and tolerance.

* Experience with and understanding of standard measuring equipment.

* Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.

* Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office applications

* Ability to work in a team environment.

* Must be a self-starter

* Electronic Industry standard certifications such as IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, etc.
