Job Description

Are you a driven Facilities Coordinator Professional with excellent Multi-tasking Skills? Manpower has the position for you!

* Pay rate: $20/hour

* Full-time hours

* Day shift: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)

* Clean and safe environment

* 12 month contract

Working with a leader in the Cosmetic Manufacturing Industry you will be:

* Delivering assistance to the maintenance manager

* Tracking and maintaining department budget

* Purchasing of materials and suppliers

* Executing minor building repairs

* Review and organize PM documents as per GMP

What you will bring to the job:

* Ability to drive to different facilities within the GTA area

* Eager candidates who want to learn and can adapt to any situation.

* Solid computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Access, AutoCAD is recommended)

* 3 years of community college or equivalent

* Minimum 1 year previous experience in related field

* Assist other technicians with their projects, when required

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Confident in participating in audits and visual inspection of the building
