Job Description

Manpower is looking for a temporary Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support customer service, purchasing and general admin tasks. Candidate must have strong Microsoft Excel skills, and data entry skills. 3 days/week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) - 830am-5pm

Dan would like to see resumes and schedule phone interviews. This will be a true part time position and will start Mid- March, ideally March 12th through the end of April. This is covering a medical leave

Job Description:

* Excellent organizational skills.

* Strong computer skills

* Advanced excel uses - copying, pasting, formulas, filtering and sorting

* Self-started who doesn't require a large amount of direct supervision

* Able to multi-task.


- Answer and route incoming calls (back up)

- Greet visitors with a friendly and professional manner

- Maintain office, warehouse and kitchen supplies and equipment

- Ensure office spaces are kept organized and presentable

- Complete data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

- Prepare and submit manufacturers' rewards programs reports

- Distribute incoming faxes, mail and general email

- Responsible for updating company calendar and contacts

- General office assistance and support to management staff or department

- Fulfill orders of company literature to satellite branches and sales force

- Prepare and disseminate reports through company's inventory control system.

- Assist with ordering and distribution of marketing materials

- Assist with planning and execution of company events, schools and promotions
