Job Description

The Client Services Coordinator is a hybrid position that is responsible for the recording, distribution, and validation of incoming claims for our client located in Milford, Ohio. The incumbent will be required to log claims into the system and distribute them accordingly. They will also learn to process claims using our internal validation tools, ultimately resulting in a 50/50 split in duties. They will spend half the time answering phones and speaking with clients and the other half will be back office data entry and general office duties. Daily responsibilities can change based on client needs.

Job Details

Primary focus will be to log assigned mail into the system within 24 business hours and focus on all aspects of validation when the logged mail is completed.

Other related duties include:

Retrieving, printing and logging claims received electronically as well as physically.

Mail distribution within the company

Process improvement suggestions

Retailer and internal communications

Follow-up and research as necessary

Required Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent
