    PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
    1. Diagnoses and repairs complex electronic control system malfunction's requiring extensive
    knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital controls systems and ability to test and write
    modifications in multiple languages of systems software.
    2. Provides sketches of field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and drawings.
    3. Communicates with customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site. Ensures high
    levels of customer satisfaction. Meets regularly with customer to become familiar with
    operating problems. Keeps customer informed on the nature of service provided outstanding
    issues and recommends system enhancements, upgrades, and or repairs. Promotes the sale of
    add-on work.

    Generally required knowledge includes HVAC controls systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniques. Effective interpersonal

    and professional manner. Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical
    people. Leadership skills to support the activities of Mechanics working on non-complex, noncritical

    * Provide full support to Executives and their teams.
    * Plan, organize, manage and analyze multiple calendars.

    * Partner with current EA to provide general administrative support for the engineering team.
    * Assist with catering orders.
    * Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
    * Schedule meetings according to time zone locations
    * Manage and reconcile expense reports, purchase and procurement requisitions and contracts.
    * Organize meetings and special events, including all hands, off-sites, culture events, team building, etc.
    * Work directly with the current EA on major team building events and support.
    * Maintain an advanced degree of confidentiality along with excellent judgment and discretion.
    * Assist with incremental move requests and space planning.
    * Provide back-up support for other assistants when needed.
    * Applies judgment with full understanding of urgency and priorities of the business, routinely needing to multi-task with little to no direction
    * Assist with new hires, (space planning, I9's, garage badge access)

    Qualifications

    * Minimum of five to ten years of administrative experience with Engineering
    * Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office software.
    * Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
    * Must possess a high priority for organization and attention to detail.
    * Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    * Demonstrates ability to be proactive, take initiative, exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks.
    * Understands and meets deadlines and time sensitive issues in a fast paced environment.
    * Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and be flexible.
    * Adapts to changes in systems, tools, and processes.

    Summary: Entry level position
    Set-up necessary fixture component parts per the job submittal drawings and work orders for assigned product lines. Linear T8, T5.
    Follow instructions of Production Leads and Supervisors.
    Uses hand and/or power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.

    Major Responsibilities:
    *Set-up required components in the fixtures per the job submittal drawings
    *Assist in loading fixtures to the tables with co workers
    *Attend mandatory training sessions
    *Assist in processing jobs in staging department, when needed
    *Meet introductory productivity standards after standard training period
    *Effectively communicate with other workers and leads
    *Perform other job related duties as required
    Candidates will be using hand held tools, such as a small hand drill. Candidates need to understand how to follow instructions in English.
