    Facilities Engineer

    In this role, your responsibilities will include:
    * Providing leadership in developing, promoting and sustaining the company "zero injury and zero work-related illness culture"
    * Managing all phases of the project life cycle for assigned projects
    * Effectively managing relationships within the company and other internal and external stakeholders

    * Executing projects in compliance with the Project Management Program processes
    * Ensuring capital projects efficiently and effectively mitigate safety, reliability, compliance and environmental risk while driving optimization in existing infrastructure
    * Identifying, mitigating, and communicating project risk; ensuring plans are in place for all risks
    * Participating in the selection of engineering consultants

    Successful candidates require:
    * University Degree in Engineering
    * Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) eligible for registration with APEGBC and APEGA
    * 5 years' progressive experience in management of pipelines
    * 8 years' experience and demonstrated aptitude in design and construction, operations and maintenance of natural gas pipelines and pigging facilities
    * Valid Driver's license
    * Working knowledge of pipeline standards and industry accepted practices; CSA Z662 design code
    * Regulatory application experience with the National Energy Board, BC Oil & Gas Commission and Alberta Energy Regulator
    * Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
    * Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
    * Flexibility to work overtime and travel as required
