    Maintaining enrollments and deductions within the payroll system
    Education and outreach to employees regarding benefits
    Helping employees with eligibility, claims or coverage issues
    ACA reporting
    Administration of leave of absence policies (FMLA, OFLA, etc.)
    Plan document mailings
    Ensure compliance with ERISA, DOL and federal contractor requirements

    Qualifications
    * Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related field or equivalent in experience in Human Resources
    * Strong knowledge of health insurance
    * Experience with HRIS system of ADP is a plus
