    Requirements:
    - Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Coordination roles
    - Post-secondary education and certification in a related field is preferred
    - Experience in a project support role with the responsibility of multitasking work priorities for a minimum of three projects for an enterprise-scale organization
    - Demonstrated experience with project support activities including; scheduling meetings, attending meetings and taking minutes, providing timely documentation and updates
    - Proven ability to contribute to project documentation including requirements documents, project scheduling, status reports, risk assessments
    - Experience managing or assisting with managing a minimum of three Information Technology (IT) infrastructure projects which involved a migration of infrastructure or applications
    - Experience supporting a Project Manager in all phases of a project (initiating, planning, controlling and closing) on at least 3 projects
    - Experience in MS Project, Excel Word, PowerPoint
    - Experience with IT change and communication methodologies
