    Field Service Manager - now hiring a (transmission Field Service Scheduler/Manager/Engineer/Project Manager).

    Principal Accountabilities:
    1. With guidance, develop fully integrated resource loaded and levelized TRANSMISSION FIELD SERVICES work schedules that optimize maintenance work plans, capital outage work, and other TRANSMISSION FIELD SERVICES work activities using Transmission approved scheduling software and tools.
    2. Comply with the Transmission Outage Management Strategy System (TOMSS) Business Rules and Processes.
    3. Manage TRANSMISSION FIELD SERVICES outage requests, including entering outages into TOA or its successor, verifying that all required outages have been entered, and ensuring that all outage requests are approved by TOps.
    4. Assist in organizing, coordinating and attending the TOMSS outage coordination meetings.
    5. Coordinate changes to the work schedule when an outage needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
    6. Assist in prioritizing outage reservations to optimize the benefit to AEP both in reliability and
    earnings.
    7. Develop, review, and present statistical reports related to work scheduling and adherence, crew
    utilization, etc.
    8. Coordinate and conduct meetings with other sections/departments covering scheduling, staffing
    and outages.
    9. Promote professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to standards.

    Minimum Requirements : Education: Bachelor Degree in a related technical field such as Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management and 3 years' experience; or an Associate Degree in a related technical field and 6 years' experience; or high school diploma and 10 years utility field experience.

    Experience: Candidates with a Bachelor Degree in a Business field, such as Accounting, Finance or Management will be accepted if they have at least 5 years of maintenance work scheduling or construction project scheduling experience or other relevant project controls experience.

    The Facilities Technician monitors and keeps the Palatka properties in prime condition. Their principal responsibilities include performing general building maintenance duties to ensure that building systems are operational and functioning properly at all times, facility troubleshooting and repairs along with recording/documenting quality assurance maintenance schedules compliant with AHCA standards. Other responsibilities include responding to building maintenance issues thru the help desk as well as various designated maintenance duties. The building technician is to be available at times to respond to after hours building and equipment emergencies. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Building and grounds maintenance - maintain interior and exterior of building including parking lot grounds, lighting, signage, painting etc. Conduct daily rounds to ensure upkeep of building interior and exterior. Maintenance and troubleshooting for HVAC equipment, building automation systems, plumbing, electrical and all other mechanical systems. Prepare and maintain building compliance maintenance logs. The Facilities Technician work a with vendors to ensure that preventive maintenance on building equipment is being conducted according to the contract schedule and scope of work. The Facilities Technician must have the highest integrity and the ability to maintain strong relationships with contractors/vendors, co-workers and executive management.

    Correctly and safely installs lighting, ballasts, hangs pictures and other items on walls as requested. Assists staff with moving heavy items. Assists Network offices as requested with moving, furniture set-up and other maintenance functions as required. Promptly addresses maintenance requests by acknowledging requests, contacting person responsible for request, and providing an estimate of repair time. Responds promptly to requests for emergency repairs and clean ups.Inspects all fire extinguishers and ensures they are charged. Performs security rounds on facility and grounds prior to start of shift, and prior to ending of shift. To include exterior doors, meeting rooms, gardens, parking lots, and other areas of concern.

    Sets up and takes down tables, chairs, miscellaneous audiovisual equipment and props for facility events. Exhibits critical thinking abilities and applies them for continuous improvement of services

    Demonstrates ability to think creatively, identify and make recommendations to the Facilities Manager. Consistently demonstrates initiative and skills in planning and organizing work. Demonstrates ability to prioritize workload and ensures that all projects are completed by deadlines. Uses own knowledge and experience base and other resources as necessary to make logical decisions and solve problems.
    Requirements Education - High School diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years experience in cleaning and basic facility maintenance. HVAC certification preferred.

    Experience - Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electric, air conditioning and mechanical/electrical equipment, painting and drywall repair, pressure washer and cleaning equipment. Awareness of safety/OSHA regulations. Florida driver's license and auto insurance.
