 Project Professional Certification


Become certified as a project professional and explore new opportunities focused on project-based worked offering variety in structure, goals, scope, and budget.   In a project professional-based role you will be involved with preparing and maintaining project plans, coordinating meetings and schedules, and organizing details.  Key skills that broaden your knowledge base and position you for new job opportunities you never thought possible. 

What You’ll Do:

  1. Take a series of six online knowledge units consisting of one or more modules. Click here for detailed descriptions of each unit.
  2. Commit four to six hours per week to completing the course and related assignments.    
  3. Work with an instructor to address any questions and receive guidance on assignments. 
  4. Complete weekly Professional Practice exercises to prove your knowledge of the course content and your ability to apply what you learned in a work-related situation.

What you’ll earn upon successful completion:

  1. A certificate recognizing the achievement.
  2. One prior learning assessment credit that may be used towards obtaining a bachelor’s degree at University of Phoenix upon review. 
  3. A career coach to identify Project Professional roles available and actively promote you to employers.
