    * Completes TrackWise tasks such as adding additional approval routings, uploading files, updating the Originator (per request) as well as other tasks.
    * Creates, maintains, and implements Part Numbers, Change Notices, and other activities required in SAP (ERP system) to maintain and ensure compliance between TrackWise and SAP.
    * Proofreads and completes a final review of the documents within the Quality Management System, prior to Release/Implementation (verifies effectivity date(s), proper GDP etc.).
    * Implements/Releases CNs, Protocols/Protocol, Results/RFDs etc. in TrackWise and SAP, if applicable
    * Completes data entry for routing creation and changes to current routings, material master, and bill of materials (BOM) in SAP, when required.

    Minimum Requirements:
    * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field or relevant work experience in a related function is required.
    * Five years of systems application and process experience required. Seven or more year(s) of Document Control experience in medical device or regulatory environment is preferred.
    * Must demonstrate the ability to problem solve.
    * Must possess good communication skills and be able to communicate to all levels of organization.
    * Must have organizational skills and attention to detail.
    * Proofreading skills are required.
    * Prior experience training is preferred.
    * Must have ability to identify technical user issues and troubleshoot basic systems issues.
    * Must demonstrate ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    * Must demonstrate sound judgment and strong decision making skills.
    * Must show initiative and ability to work cross functionally to resolve issues.

    Additional Job Details: The short operational window involved with printing and checking jump seat credentials make this position fast-paced and requires a significant amount of detail. Candidate must be able to maintain a positive attitude and remain effective while operating under stress. This position requires the candidate to learn other positions within Flight Administration for back-up purposes. Candidate must be computer literate and be able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment. Basic computer skills, Word and Excel knowledge.

    Manpower is currently recruiting for Accounting and Payroll Clerks for a variety of clients in the Red Deer area.
    Hours and length of assignments may vary depending on client requirements.
    * Receive and understand customer invoicing data
    * Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
    * Perform Data entry as needed
    * Conduct monthly and semi-monthly payroll processing and review
    * Answer and resolve and customer inquiries or issues
    * Perform other clerical tasks as required
    Qualifications:
    * Post-Secondary Education related to accounting or payroll is an asset
    * Previous experience in accounting or payroll is beneficial
    * Strong technology and office skills, including advanced abilities in Excel, Word and Outlook
    * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    * Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
    * High attention to detail
