    Responsibilities

    Qualifications and Education Requirements
    * Degree, diploma, or certificate in construction, engineering, business, or a related field
    * Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) designation from ASET
    * Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) designation from CIQS
    * LEED or Gold Seal credentials would be an asset
    * Minimum of ten (10) years' leadership experience and proven track record of estimating large, complex commercial and institutional construction projects
    * Experience on construction sites and with building techniques
    * Understanding of sub-scopes and what each sub-trade should include in its bid
    * Mathematical proficiency and analytical skills necessary to produce labour, equipment, and material estimates
    * Excellent time management and ability to multi-task with many projects running simultaneously

    AS A MEASURE + INSTALL PROFESSIONAL YOU WILL:
    * Perform measure and install appointments for our custom window treatment product line
    * Provide our customers with a world class experience throughout each measure and install appointment
    * Become skilled at using The Shade Store's Measure + Install techniques and software systems
    * Be a part of a growing network of Measure + Install professionals that partner closely with the local Design Consultants to ensure the customers have a seamless end to end experience
    * Communicate and partner regularly with NY/LA Measure & Install support teams while in the field and on-site

    REQUIREMENTS:
    * Customer service or in-home service experience
    * Installation or skilled trade experience preferred. Ideally you have experience in finish work or custom installation. We will provide technical training as it relates to our product line.
    * Enthusiastic, energetic and all around great with customers
    * Strong communication skills
    * Self-starter, quick learner, team player
    * You are punctual, reliable with a great work ethic
    * Ability to lift a minimum of 55 pounds and climb up and down ladders
    * Valid Driver's license

    Vous avez acquis de l'expérience dans le domaine du travail en industrie et vous aimeriez avoir un pote stable à temps plein qui vous permet de profiter de vos fins de semaines ?

    Notre client situé à St-leonard recherche une personne dynamique et disponible à temps plein pour se joindre à son équipe.
    Dans le cadre de votre mandat, vous serez amené à vider ou remplir notre remorque à bouteilles de gaz hebdomadaire. Vous devez être capable de communiquer avec le reste de l'équipe et être autonome avec un minimum de supervision.

    Vos taches seront de:
    * Charger et décharger les bouteilles de gaz comprimé de 3 à 100 lb sur les camions à l'aide de chariots / chariots de manière sûre et efficace, s'assurer que les bouteilles sont étiquetées correctement et qu'elles respectent les normes de l'entreprise et du gouvernement;
    * Placer le stock sur les étagères ou dans la zone désignée, en étiquetant les produits;
    * Recevoir les stocks des fournisseurs et préparer les stocks pour les clients à expédier ;
    Vous êtes la personne que notre client recherche si vous avez au moins 1 d'expérience en industrie et un diplôme de secondaire 5 complété. Vous pouvez soulever jusqu'à 50 lbs et vous avez un permis de chariot élévateur (un atout).
    Conditions de travail :
    Du lundi au vendredi de 14h à 22h30 ;
    Salaire de 19$/h
