Our client, conveniently located in the Clarks Summit Area, is looking for someone who has at least two years of consultative Customer Service experience. The Customer Relations Representative will take inbound calls from clients subscribing to Benefits Programs such as Medical Benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts, COBRA and others, assisting with enrollment, explaining processes for claims, researching benefits available under each plan. Knowledge of insurance terminology or the willingness and ability to learn the terminology is a plus.     The starting pay rate for this position is $12.50 and an excellent benefits package is available after permanent hire. Hours of work are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The only exception would occur during Open Enrollment when the call volume increases. During Open Enrollment the Call Center is open from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Time worked during Open Enrollment can be performed from home. You would be working a shift starting as early as 8:00 am or one ending as late as 8:00 pm.

    Job Description:
    Renters Insurance Processors will review various types of insurance documents and update the hazard insurance lines on the clients servicing system according to established procedures. Processors will verify that the policy contains acceptable coverage and disburse premium payments from the escrow account if required; make necessary outbound phone calls to insurance agents, and companies to update insurance policies and obtain needed (missing) information. Perform maintenance as necessary for policy changes, letters, notices etc. Insure all items are processed in a timely manner to meet or exceed established standards
    Qualifications:
    Minimum high school diploma or GED
    Spanish Bilingual
    Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
