    * Minimum 1 year servicing clients on the phone or in a customer facing role
    * Excellent verbal and written communication in providing world class customer service
    * Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and grasp new concepts
    * An active and present team contributor
    * Advanced computer, keyboarding skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software
    * Completed post-secondary education is an asset
