    This position is responsible for driving client business, building consumer relationships and supporting brand initiatives through contacts with customers - via phone, letter, email, chat, and various social media platforms.

    Primary responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

    Job requirements include:

    - Effective and efficient problem solving skills; listen to understand, review, analyze, interpret and provide solutions

    Position Function: Handles incoming email/ telephone calls from internal/external customers according to established Call Center standards in a professional manner, and taking follow-up action as necessary.     Minimum Qualifications: Education: * High School Diploma or GED Experience: * 1+ years customer service experience

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Demonstrated excellent verbal and listening skills and clear telephone voice * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with irate customers in a professional manner. * Ability to independently analyze, problem-solve, and make sound decisions by properly applying established policies and procedures while interacting with customers. Ability to work effectively in a high-demand and fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated knowledge of: Lotus Notes, Fiserv , Nautilus, MS Excel & Word, Fiserv EFT, Internet Banking and . * Knowledge of all clients products/services and policies/procedures as it relates to the following: bank deposit accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, merchant services, Internet Banking, , Check Guard, and other ancillary products/services. * Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include before and after normal work hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

    Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: * Must be able to move and lift items up to 20lbs, and perform other light physical work. * Must be able to operate standard office equipment, including phone, personal computer, copier, etc. * Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers. Must also be able to hear sufficiently to engage in daily discussions and interactions. * Must be able to read and understand bank-related documents. * Must be able to work in a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods of time. Must also be able to adapt to different work environments as needed to perform the job.

    Manpower is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Cary, NC!

    The CSR will be paid $14.42 per hour and will work 5 x 8hr. shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday.

    This is a 3-month contract role with possible change for permanent hire.

    The CSR works within a call center environment and takes 40-50 incoming calls per day and interact with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about the organization's products and services. The Customer Service Representative will have strong active-listening skills and demonstrates empathy.
