    The Job:
    * Can work up to 44 hours/ week
    * You will be the main point of contact and will be a visible resource in stations and be available for customers questions
    * Be located at main points within the station and comfortable with providing direction to customers in a courteous and efficient manner
    * Follow the direction of the Transportation Lead during emergency situations if the Contractor's Supervisor is not available
    * Be respectful and handle any inquiries from customers, employees and workers in a professional manner
    * Dress for success and be presentable!

    Qualifications:
    * Clear criminal background is a must
    * Good customer service mindset; hands-on experience in dealing with customers

    * Be flexible to work at any subway/bus station

    Manpower is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Cary, NC! Want a steady job Monday-Friday?

    The CSR will be paid $14.42 per hour and will work 8hr. shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday.

    This is a 3-month contract role with possible change for permanent hire.

    The CSR works within a call center environment and takes 40-50 incoming calls per day and interact with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about the organization's products and services. The Customer Service Representative will have strong active-listening skills and demonstrates empathy.

    We're still looking for Customer Service Reps for our client in Albany, OR to start on August 13th. Training will be provided and it's a paid training. Pay starts at $11.00 - $12.50/hr. 40 or plus hrs per week with 90 days of probation period to become a permanent employee.

    You'll be answering incoming customer calls and provide appropriate level of service and issue resolution according to company guidelines while providing a superior customer experience.

    A minimum of 6 months customer service experience is required (face to face or over the phone) and a minimum of HS Diploma or its equivalent.

Duties include: Working with Service Suite 9, Ensemble, TRACS, MARTENS, NIBS, TIRKS, CIRAS, OTTO and Access Care systems to ensure system synchronization. Training is provided.
