    The Machine Operator/Wave Solder will be responsible for soldering of PCB assemblies on the wave solder machine utilizing controlled programs and/or profiles specified by engineering. Ability to perform all start-up and shut down routines required as documented on the manufacturer's or company procedures.

    Machine Operator/Wave Solder Duties

    Adhere to all ESD requirements and Board Handling.
    Use of Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on component moisture sensitive levels (MSL).
    Ability to start the equipment, address the correct program or profile name outlined in documentation and run equipment to solder PCB assemblies.
    Ability to perform daily and weekly Preventative Maintenance, entering results into a maintenance log.
    Ability to measure solder pot requirements based on the chemistry contents of the machine and add necessary metals as required.
    Follow start-up (as well as shut-down) and safety procedures to operate machines.
    Inspect board output to assure product meets IPC-A-610 Standards.
    Assure that all processes are signed off to their proper designations related to the work center requirements.

    -Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organisé;
    -Programmer des PLC et des DCS est un atout;
    -Compléter des rapports de service en fin de journée;

    Qualifications:

    -DEC en instrumentation/automatisation;
    -DEC en électronique industrielle ou connexes;
    -Min 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
    -Des compétences démontrées pour résoudre des problèmes et une curiosité naturelle pour la façon dont les choses fonctionnent;
    -Axés sur les résultats et le service à la clientèle;
    -Solides compétences en matière de communication orale, écrite et interpersonnelle;
    -Une capacité de travailler de façon autonome et sous un minimum de supervision ;
    -Bonne capacité à travailler sous pression;
    -Posséder les exigences physiques pour effectuer le travail

    Vous devez avoir un permis de conduire valide et être ouvert aux heures supplémentaires.
    Salaire selon expérience, débutant à 55 k, pouvant aller jusqu'à 75 k
