    What is the job?
    Providing customer service to organization employees
    Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
    Answering payroll questions
    Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors
    Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
    Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
    Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data

    What you bring to the job?

    Primary Responsibilities:The selected candidate will be responsible for working with market partners and other vendors to recruit, interview, qualify, assess, and submit candidates for job placements. In short, this position is all about "making the match." The Staffing Consultant is also responsible the HR support of the assigned temporary associates. A successful Consultant must work with a sense of urgency to provide solutions and customer service to over 50 active business clients at any given time.

    Essential jobs duties include but are not limited to:

    The Staffing Consultant will build talent pools, and leverage existing pools of candidates to identify and place qualified candidates based on client needs and requirements.
    Ensure the best-fit match using standard practices and technology that meets our clients' demands efficiently and timely.
    Searching and shortlisting candidates from Manpower database and talent pools
    Working with in-market partners and vendors to execute client specific validation requirements, including client interviews, background checks, assessments and drug screens.
    Offering the candidate the job and facilitating onboarding activities.
    Working with the Client Account Manager to ensure placement and order fulfillment satisfaction.
    Generating leads and passing them along to the Client Account Manager.
    Responsible for talent and permanent placement consultative sales either by generating orders or receiving orders from clients through other sources.

    We are looking for an HR Coordinator with an eye for detail and a commitment to process improvement to streamline and maintain our HR goals of sustaining a creative and thriving workplace. You will assist with employee onboarding, input employee data into our HRIS, maintain data quality, and create an overall awesome experience for our employees on and off the trail.

    Overall Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

    Enter and maintain employee information data on the HRIS; produce quantitative reports and data visuals as needed

    1 Create and maintain electronic personnel files while ensuring consistent document naming
    2 Conduct regular audits of HR programs and HRIS data and make recommendations for solutions
    3 Assist in the creation of processes and procedures for our HRIS
    4 Copy, scan, file, mail, email and purge data and documents, taking into account compliance, confidentiality and security requirements
    5 Create and maintain employee Ride to Work profiles and calculate quarterly results
    6 Administer Worker's Compensation claims and OSHA logs/annual reporting
    7 Manage communications from HR to employees: maintain HR page on the company intranet; update digital bulletin board; create and send mailers for Wellness and Financial programs
    8 Coordinate booking and scheduling of Training Classes with instructors and employees, and provide administrative assistance with E-learning resources
    9 Prepare employment verifications and handle unemployment claims
    10 Provide HR support to the business, answering employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related topics
    11 Assist with onboarding (including New Hire Orientation) to ensure optimal New Hire experience
    12 Maintain back-end process for terminations, such as terming out of systems and preparing separation paperwork

    1 Scan interview notes from the HR team and assemble new hire onboarding folders
    2 Create HR-related social media updates for LinkedIn and Glassdoor highlighting employee events and milestones
    3 Manage I-9 binders and keep track of expirations
    4 Reconcile monthly benefit invoices from plan providers
    5 Assist with the coordination and planning of company events such as monthly lunches, quarterly bike rides and dinners, annual camping trip, holiday party, etc.

    Competencies & Requirements:

    1 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications or 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
    2 Demonstrated client-service orientation with a clear, approachable, and friendly communication style and customer service attitude
    3 Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to communicate clear expectations
    4 Experience with Google apps and Microsoft Office
    5 Technical curiosity and interest in evolving trends in HR products and services
    6 A mind for detail-you are detail-oriented and have patience to audit and do a dive deep into HR data to determine patterns and check for inaccuracies
    7 Open, welcoming attitude and a positive outlook
    8 Ability to work independently, take direction and delegate accordingly
